Participant Consent

Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed according to the pricing associated with your selected plan.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the beginning of the next billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Gather for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another customer's account or data.
• Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful content.
• Use Gather to violate the privacy or rights of others.

Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect access to the platform.

Intellectual Property

Gather, including its software, branding, website, and related content, is the property of Further Faster Strategy, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Gather or its technology.

Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability
